I'm Tobin — a pickleball coach in Irvine, California. I run Family Pickleball, working with players of all ages and skill levels at local courts and rec centers.
I built BallBot because I was drowning in the work that happens off the court. Tracking clients in spreadsheets. Sending follow-up messages one by one. Chasing waivers. Copying schedules into texts. Losing leads because I forgot to reply.
The tools that exist are built for facilities — clubs with front desks, court reservation systems, and IT teams. I don't own a facility. I teach on public courts. I needed something built for the way I actually work.
So I built it. BallBot started as a simple client tracker and grew into a full coaching platform — AI that drafts messages in my voice, WhatsApp integration, lesson plans, waivers, a content marketplace, and more.
Every feature in BallBot exists because I needed it myself. I'm not just building this product — I use it every day to run my own coaching business. That's the difference.
